What is your shipping policy?
Items are shipped within one to three business days via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping is a flat rate of $7.50 but free with minimum $100 purchase. All items are shipped insured.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. That may change in the future, but I have no immediate plans.

What should I do if an item was damaged during shipment?All items are shipped insured. File a claim with the post office and keep all packaging and contents together. The claim must be made within 60 days of mailing. If you prefer I handle the claim process with the Post Office, don't hesitate to reach out! (Just please be respectful and don't let me know about it 59 days after it was shipped!)

I will do my best to replace the damaged item but may not be able to if I don't have the correct supplies available.
